Bara Pyglyd: Part 3

Modified Recipe
 
1 cup Buckwheat flour
1 cup Einkorn flour
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt


Follow the same instructions as listed on Part 2 (link above).



Results
 
Lighter in color and taste. Not as bland as the first experiment. These specific spices are not listed on the historical recipes, but were spices that were historically used in other recipes. Sometimes recipes called for ingredients, such as salt, without it being mentioned in the written recipe.
